We achieve digital innovation, as well as social innovation, beyond need orientation, beyond borders and beyond dreams. We rely on user-centric methods such as lean product development and design thinking on the one hand, and on speculative, developed future scenarios on the other.
Several heads are better and more effective than one. For brudi, innovation comes primarily from collaboration and co-creation. In Co-Creation workshops (with a Design Thinking Mindset) and joint hackathons and we try to tackle existing challenges and solve them collaboratively. Then we open our horizon again and synthesise the results. To this end, we follow the paths of potential stakeholder groups and try to understand their world in order to obtain a catalogue of needs-oriented solutions. (Develop/Synthesis)
We follow up on the knowledge gained from this process in order to make the solutions even better and more capable for the majority until the full satisfaction of users is guaranteed. (Iteration)
While this process, we are not afraid to experiment with world views that are different from the norm, comprising other values, ideals, beliefs, fears and hopes. Our mind and spirit should be stimulated to challenge the prevailing and to imagine alternatives: how the existing could be different and better. We dream of a better, fairer world and work towards making utopias come true. brudi sees innovation as a culture and as a driver to make the inconceivable conceivable.
